"The nose is briny and salty, reflecting the coastal location of the distillery but leaves place to a more delicate and floral nose, along with fruits such as apples and oranges. The palate develops a slightly spicy feel, with a warm oakiness. Fruits are also present with toffee apple and tarte tatin. The finish is short, oaky and malty. "
