The agave is harvested at between 8 - 10 years old and cooked using an autoclave (think pressure cooker). The blanco is bottled unaged after triple distillation.

Tasting Notes

"This is an unusually malty tasting tequila, with a medium weight and somewhat viscous mouth feel. The flavors are dry and fresh with grapefruit, lime, lemongrass, and dewy earth. A dash of black pepper heads into the finish, which goes a bit hot. "
