AsomBroso Collaboration Barrel 1 is 100% blue agave Tequila. Manufactured through a proprietary process employing multiple distillations and filtrations.
Once the final filtration is complete, it aged for 11-years in used French-oak-barrels making it an extra añejo. It is then finished in used red wine barrels from the Napa Valley winery Silver Oak.

Tequila Extra AñejoDistilled from 100% blue Weber agave, it is aged for at least 3 years in barrels not to exceed 600 liters. Any type of wood is acceptable, although ex-bourbon barrels are most common. Extra Añejo tequilas are also known as "ultra aged".

Tasting Notes
"This tequila is a one-hit wonder singing all about sugar sweetness--specifically in the forms of caramel, honey, and maple syrup. Through the cloyingly sweetness you'll eventually be able to detect a hint of roasted agave, but only after lots of swirling and sniffing. Again on the palate, it is the same tune, caramel, honey and butterscotch. There is a burnt sugar bitterness on the mid palate before quickly going back to caramel for a long sweet finish. Best to have as dessert. "
