This expression is made from 100% blue Weber agave grown in Jalisco. It is produced by the Vivanco Family in Arandas. The agave is cooked in brick ovens and crushed with a roller mill, fermented via the "Mozart Method" using rum and champagne yeasts. It is twice distilled and rested in heavily charred American oak, then bottled additive-free at 80 proof.

Tequila ReposadoDistilled from 100% blue Weber agave, it is aged from 2 months up to a year in barrels no larger than 20,000 L. Any type of wood is acceptable, although ex-bourbon barrels are most common. Reposado translates to "rested".

"Tropical fruit scents of mango and guava fill the nose along with sugary marshmallow and green pepper. The palate is quite sweet, with pronounced caramel notes and only hint of vegetal agave character. The finish is sweet, and slightly hot with a hint of charred oak. "
