Partida Roble Fino Reposado Cristalino Tequila is made with 100% estate-grown blue weber agave. First, the tequila is aged for six months in ex-bourbon barrels. Then the tequila is transferred to ex-Scotch whisky single malt sherry-seasoned casks for two additional months.
Finally, the tequila is naturally-filtered to remove the color resulting from the aging process. Roble Fino translates to "fine oak". It is bottled at 40% ABV and available in limited release in the US beginning September 16, 2020.

"For anyone tip-toeing into tasting tequila sans salt and lime, this would be a good place to start. It's super low key, perhaps even a tad overly sugary-tasting, with dialed down notes of nuttiness, citrus peel and grassiness. Not much on the vegetal front one would associate with most tequila, but the finish has a peppery zing. "
