Reviewed December 25, 2025A complex Agave Spirit by NOM 1607. It has an aromatic birth with notes of agave, fruits, nuts, herbs & spices; while a rich & complex life added notes of caramel, grapefruit, melon, grass, lemon peel, & pear, that led to an herbal death of medium length with notes of oak, pepper, almonds, clove & coriander. -
