Auchentoshan Three Wood

Slightly floral, sweet without much other flavours

For me, this scotch seems to share some similarities with a bourbon. The nose is sweet and fruity. The palate appears to be a little bit too dry and oaky for me. Not a fan, but this whisky probably needs some time to grow on me. "Good" : 2.5 stars | Good, just fine.

No nose. For a lowland, lacks body. No notes at all.

Nose- wood and vanilla Taste- very oaky at the start and then notes of vanilla and fruit. Sweet to finish. Aftertaste- vanilla and slight fruit. Overall- almost like a bourbon, but a very smooth whiskey. Nice easy drinking whiskey.

Nice caramel color. Smooth. Little to no smoke. Some fruit. Oak. Earthy.

The nose is insane...TONS going on. Like whisky spilled onto a leather chair. Palate is way soft and gentle, but still complex. Very savory in flavor.
