Really taste the vanilla notes and the rum cask enhances them. Sweet almost which makes a nice contrast with the heat. A little water opens it up.

Excellent notes and complexity. Oak plays through in the nose and finishes smooth. Still a bit hot but the play with the peat and the heat works. A touch of water goes real nice.

Oak notes play through. Deeper than the sherry 12 year. More flavorful than hot. Little bit of ice really opens notes and breaks the heat.
