Aviation American Gin

For a gin made to have less juniper notes, it certainly does a good job of exploring the other flavors. In a gin martini, the citrus notes (orange seems like a good way to describe it) are very forward, with light notes of juniper and lavender following it. Compared to Hendricks and Bombay Sapphire it’s certainly different, but it’s meant to be.

I not a big gin drinker but this one was by far more suitable for my taste buds

Better with tonic. But doable

Not as floral as other gins I’ve had, so therefore, not my type of gin.
