Azuñia Reposado is distilled from 100% blue weber agave grown in Jalisco, Mexico which are harvested 8 to 10 years after planting. The agave is roasted in clay hornos ovens for 36 hours before being distilled twice.
This reposado is aged for at least three months in American oak barrels before being bottled and distributed. It is USDA certified organic.

Tequila ReposadoDistilled from 100% blue Weber agave, it is aged from 2 months up to a year in barrels no larger than 20,000 L. Any type of wood is acceptable, although ex-bourbon barrels are most common. Reposado translates to "rested".

"The nose bounds out of the glass with not just notes but a full chorus of agave, green olive, fresh alfalfa and spice. The palate continues the choral assault with more intense agave and spice (white pepper, cinnamon bark, vanilla) and a soothing counterpoint of sweetness--most of which carries on into the medium finish. "
