Nose - Banana esters, oak, ethanol Palate - Hot! Vanilla, caramel, spices (cinnamon?), hint of smoke. A couple of drops of water really brought out the smoke for me. Finish - Long spicey (good) burn, caramel, oak & charcoal retronasal
