Tasting Notes
"A spirited older brother to the 12 year old Balblair. The aromas are distinctively oaky with fresh sawdust. A bit harsh and alcohol forward. The palate is more fruity than expected, oily mouthfeel with alcohol burn followed by a tannic medium finish. Not overly complex, Spanish oak seems very aggressive on this one."
