Tasting Notes
"A golden whisky, the nose opens with a rising sun over a grassy paddock with tart fruit dipped in lemon juice. Vanilla and honey make an appearance in the background, content to have a small influence as apples and cinnamon take over the end of the nose. The palate has wood, slightly smoked with an aftertaste of vanilla and fudge. This mingles with a light touch of pineapple and green fruits. The finish gives a tingling mouthfeel with a bit of fudge and tart apple slices."
