Very nice taste, some mystery element in there, must be the blue corn

Distinct roasted corn flavor

Mild corn taste. Good flavors

Aromas of sweet corn (or is that me knowing it’s a “corn whiskey”?) and sweet vanilla and cinnamon. Cinnamon plays through on the tongue too with more vanilla and a hot finish that moves back through the nose again.
