Balcones Baby Blue

Strong alcohol flavor with mild corn flavor. All in all not bad but not worth the price.

Pretty unique and tasty. It’s actually closer to a traditional bourbon than I expected. Not as heavy on the oak and a bit more delicate but has that signature Balcones char. Really tasty,

Not very smooth on its own, but great with egg nog. Caramel smell.

Rubbing alcohol, some sweetness, banana maybe. Not getting much else. Not the best I've tried. Thankfully, I didn't buy it. Just trying a little sample bottle given to me in my stocking.

Sweet and spicy. Not very smooth for only 92 proof (has the bite of something around 110). Hard to get subtle tasting notes over the heavy alcohol bite, but some vanilla and caramel.
