Caramel and brown sugar aroma. Technically a Texas whiskey, but similar to a bourbon. I'm glad experiments with different corn like this are being done, but I wouldn't buy this again.
Nose - sweet vanilla bananas. Taste - a little unique, sweet and mellow since all corn, lot of fruit and floral flavors. Finish - A little short on the finish with no real burn/warmth at end. Overall - A nice unique whiskey to try.
On the nose, it is dense home made vanilla yellow cupcake with cream cheese frosting. Palette: can't pick specific things but simple and sweet. Drank it A-B against Lineage which has so much more flavor and smoother. Baby blue is spikier and sweeter, oaky finish. Like the nose way more than the taste for baby blue
