Appearance: Carmel brown.
Nose: pretty strong maple, a little brown sugar and some campfire smoke.
Taste: rich smokiness. Alcohol burn. Lingers on the palate with a honey-like sweetness.
Overall: smokiness was a shock at first. Definitely a bold, rich taste that isn’t for everyone. Gotta be in the mood.
