Booker's 25th Anniversary Bourbon
Bourbon
Booker's // Kentucky, USA
A limited bottling, put out to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Booker's, which was originally put out in 1992 and was one of the first "small batch" bourbons.
Uncut and bottled at 130 proof, Fred Noe was looking for a big, full flavored bourbon to honor his dad Booker.

It could benefit from a couple drops of water but is not so rough that it can't be sipped straight.

Tasting Notes
"Nose is boozy, but moves onto deep dark fruit and brown sugar. Tastes like burnt apple pie. Lot's of molasses and hints of smoke. Concentrated sweetness lingers and coats your entire mouth. Deep and rich, the oak and char of the barrel really comes through. An exceptional bourbon."
