Balcones Texas Pot Still Bourbon

N- sweet, agave, corn, candy corn. T- tequila, peat smoke. F- acidic, burn. I continue to be underwhelmed with this distiller. A shame as I've read good things about the brand. Not for me.

Tasting neat in a Copita: Nose is thin with some heat, sweet corn and dry maple wood. Palate offers more dry wood spice and soft corn. Finish is hot and medium in length, with tingly and dry wood notes throughout.
