Balcones Texas Single Malt

Nose- green apples, oak Taste- starts off sweet with apple then moved to dark fruit (raisin) and adds cinnamon, grain, and lot of heat Has great mouthfeel and beautiful color. My first balcones whiskey and very impressed by the complexity of flavors.

Nose of dark plums and wood gives way to burst of full bodied sweet barreled full tongued toasted malt, corn, and spice. I cant stop drinking this!

I’m getting some sweetness, maybe cherry? Very enjoyable overall, happy to have picked it up.
