Tasting Notes
"Looking for something to whet the palate? Here it is. This is gentle from nose to finish. Scents of toasted grain, banana, vanilla, and a wisp of smoke. The palate is easy to understand with lots of vanilla, dry smoke, and banana taffy as the finish peters out. This would be a good aperitif, though please serve neat as it is already light enough."
