Tasting Notes
"There's a strong aroma of maraschino cherries (the supermarket kind) as well as some caramelized sugar and cinnamon. The palate is downright zesty with strong and aggressive spices along with some candied sweetness. The heat is tame and takes a backseat to the spicy wheat. The overall lightness on the palate is what ties the whole thing together. If it was heavy and clumsy (which it is not), the spices would be overbearing. The finish is long and full of more smoky cherry and spice. "
