Bardstown Bourbon Co. Origin Series Bottled in Bond Bourbon

I may be way off on this but im getting almost a green apple sourish note to this one, which is then followed by a buttery sweetness and Im really enjoying it. So right away on the mouth feel Im getting a nice richness and viscosity. On the front of the palate its got a nice subtle vanilla sweetness to it. Then it lingers nicely through the finsih with a soft cinnamon flavor while warming my chest on the way down. Really nice sip. One of my favorites!

Lovely body, opens up beautifully with some water. All the bourbon tasting notes but a creamy mouthfeel.
