Bardstown Bourbon Co. Origin Series Bourbon

Excellent value for $45. Caramel notes on the nose with pleasant oily mouth feel. Not overwhelmingly flavorful, pretty standard mix of oakiness with bright clove to finish. Very enjoyable daily sipper for the price point.

Nose: marzipan, butter, cut flowers, hickory. Taste: bit solvent (bubble gum), bit meaty, like caramelized pork. Spiced like clove and mint. Lots of leather. Finish herbs, pear, pork.
