Bardstown Bourbon Co. Origin Series Bourbon

On the nose there are very subdued notes of sweet honey, oak, and baking spice. On the palate the honey is replaced by equal parts vanilla and molasses, which leads into the baking spice but long after the baking spice note has gone there is woody oak taste at the back end. A very nice sip with a good complexity to it.

Great bang for your buck! Nose is approachable with nice Vanilla notes, palate creamy sweetness with a hint of spice. Finish has some leathery notes. Easy to drink at the proof and age statement is well worth it (not as grainy as some of the younger products out there) I am super excited to try the bottle in bond.

Smooth and a crusher for 40 bucks

A phenomenally smooth tasting bourbon. Highly recommend especially for the price point.
