Barr Hill Gin

Nose: JUNIPER Rich. Piney. Quickly faded in a honey sweetness. Mellow smooth finish with some Floral and honey notes on the finish. Definitely a softer gin. Could definitely sip this neat as I am now.

There's a complexity to the honey here that rounds out a G&T pretty nicely but not as much depth as some other highly-regarded gins.

My favorite gin by far. Love it neat, in a bees knees or French 75

Smooth start with slight burn at finish. I normally dislike floral gins but this is very nice. I could probably drink this over ice as is, but the g&t is solid too. Was skeptical but very happy with the purchase.
