Tasting Notes
"The hoppiness of the beer is very prevalent in the flavor of this whiskey. Interesting name considering the beer seems to be somewhat at war with its whiskey-ness. Still, there is a pleasant toasted caramel and a lot of spiciness from the rye, tasting like rye bread with caraway or fennel seeds. Might beer drinkers make peace with this whiskey? Well, it wasn't called "White Flag" single malt, was it? But it's worth a shot."
