Belle de Brillet
Remy Cointreau has relaunched the French cognac and pear liqueur brand Belle de Brillet. The recipe of the liqueur has been revamped while staying true to Jean-Louis Brillet's original vision. The new bottling replaces the pear flavors in the original version with pear distillate. Also, the sugar level has been reduced by 15%.
The alcohol content strictly comes from the cognac and pear distillate with no neutral alcohol added. And of course, the packaging has been updated with a reduction in weight and a modern label design. It is bottled at 60 proof and is available nationwide beginning April 2023. (SRP $39.
