Belle Meade Bourbon Sherry Cask Finish

Sweet and spicy

Nose: vanilla, brown sugar, French toast, lots of pastry shop sweets Palate: juicy fruit gum, pistachio ice cream, light citrus, almond liqueur, cherry, some ethanol fumes (very mild), baking spices Finish: almond liqueur, lemon juice, cherry, walnuts Tasty stuff.

Nice but the old barrel proof is better. This is better though than the new barrel proof they are producing. It’s a bit pricy. I wouldn’t get it again for this price range, but would not say no if offered to me.

Smooth with a gentle hug, buttery with a hint of cherry.
