First announced in fall 2017, this single-estate vodka gets all of its rye from a farm on the lakeside village of Lake Bartężek in northeastern Poland. Diamond Dankowskie rye is grown and harvested here for Belvedere.
This vodka is intended to explore the idea of terroir and joins their other single-estate rye, Smogóry Forest, in this endeavor. Expected release for both vodkas to occur in early 2018.

Unflavored VodkaDistilled from any agricultural product, most commonly grains or potatoes. Typically distilled to 95% ABV. Water is added to bring the spirit down to as low as 37.5% ABV in the EU and 40% ABV in the US. It is usually filtered, often with charcoal, prior to bottling. It is almost always clear and unaged.

"Similar to Belevedere's other single-estate Dankowskie Diamond Rye release in 2017, this one starts off with hints of crisp, slightly spicy pepper on the nose. On the palate, there are also notes of pepper, but those are rounded out with a lovely warm walnut-like richness. If you love vodka, this is a must have."
