The nose is a very subtle blend of wheat and wood. The palette is also more subtle than expected, boasting a blend of smoke and oily. The smoke lingers in the finish, bit it remains fairly smooth with only a bit of fire going down into the belly.

Subtle scent of smoke and butterscotch with a taste to match that is very smooth and buttery.

Nose. Fresh and floral, with some sweet smoke. Palate. Smoky, maple syrup. Finish. Medium, smoke and vanilla.
