Like the Original expression it is made with a mash bill of 51% wheat, 37% corn, and 12% malted barley and the age will range from 7-9 years. Batch C925 is bottled without chill-filtration at a barrel proof of 118.4 proof (59.
2% ABV). Availability for Batch C925 begins in late September 2025 at select retailers. Note: This batch should be labeled B925 according to Heaven Hill's label conventions. However, due to a labeling error this batch was named C925 despite it only being the second batch of the year.

"The nose is like wheat toast spread with fermented apple sauce. The has a spicy, fiery entrance of hot cinnamon, clove, and pepper with secondary notes of tart cherry, caramel, and roasted walnuts. The spice burns well into the finish, though the flavors hold their weight. "
