Suspiciously clear. As the name suggests, lots of peat. Peat on the nose, peat on the finish, peat all over the place. A little spice in there too, with some wet leather and a bit of sourness.

Really beautiful, slightly salty at the beginning, with some sweetness in the middle and very balanced peat & smoke.
