Tasting Notes
"Wet ashy fireplace meets herb garden on the nose. Smoky pungent rosemary sprigs literally seem to be clinging to the inside of the glass. The palate reveals something completely different with juicy ripe Bing cherries, charred BBQ sauce and punchy alcohol notes. The finish is reminiscent of wet slate stones, with sweet peat wreak. Indeed a nice representation of this distillery’s style and another collectible Bowmore for the shelf. "
