Tasting Notes
"The barrel’s influence is immediately recognized in the aromatics which show a beautiful spectrum of flavors including baked vanilla bean, licorice candy, and, the Christmastime scents of juniper and pumpkin pie. The barrel influence smacks of American oak which, when paired with the corn spirit base, creates the very favorable impression of Bourbon whiskey. This rich, oily spirit is very enjoyable on it’s own, but I would also love to try this substituted for American whiskey in a variety of cocktails."
