Purchased as a replacement for Amer Picon/Amer Boudreau. Lovely dark color. Nose: Cooked oranges. Acetone Palate: SUGAR. Candied orange. Pretty one note. Oily/thick. Want more bitterness. Some salt in there. Finish. Short. Sweet. Finally a bit of bitter orange. Some spice as I continue to sip. It is a nice mild amaro that is both heavy on citrus and sweet. Glad for the proof. I will probably buy this again and it will make for good cocktail use, but I remember Jamie Boudreau's recipe being superior to this.

More sweet than herbal, fairly viscous, but still light
