Bird Dog 7 Year Small Batch Bourbon

Vanilla and orange peel on the nose with some nutmeg coming through as well. The age really shows with the vanilla and oak. Well-rounded.

Easy sipper. Nothing too distinct but nothing off either. Coming in with a 7yr age statement at 88 proof with this price point, you could do much worse. I'd happily bring this to a party with the age statement alone but I also imagine nobody just getting into whiskey would be mad about it but I also suspect any Bourbon drinker wouldn't be disappointed with the pour either.
