Bladnoch Samsara

Honestly this is a better scotch whisky then most mostly cause it’s aged in America in California and bourbon casks. Happy to say this will be my new regular sipper

There's a funkiness to this that reminds me of a note I often get America single malt. Not sure if it's the distillation or the casking. My only bladnoch so far.

A- amber +1 (color added) N- vanilla, toffee, honey, burned sugar, rum punch, banana P- creamy arrival, light spicy, full, rich, oily, honey, toffee, vanilla, walnuts, creme brûlée, banana, raisins, tart, rum cake F- medium finish, creamy-nutty-sweet aftertaste C- NAS dram ( I believe it should be at least 8 YO) balanced and very pleasant
