Tasting Notes
"The nose is like a pot of cooked barley with lemon and sage, with further sniffs revealing quince jam, vanilla, and allspice. The palate is like tea and scones in a bottle! Flavors of buttery baked biscuit, with the earthiness of orange pekoe black tea mix with ginger, toffee, dates, nutmeg, allspice, and vanilla icing. The medium finish is long and fruity with a subtle jammy fruit tartness and a hint of smoked sea salt. "
