The bourbon is made according to BIB standards of quality from a selection of barrels all from a single season and bottled at 100 proof.
It’s made from the same proprietary Watershed bourbon recipe as other releases. It is available as of June, 2021.

Tasting Notes
"Roasted nuts, coffee and toasty grains greet the nose with just a hint of baked orchard fruits. The palate has more of that roasty-toastiness, with ripe red apples, walnuts, cinnamon, clove and nutmeg. There's a refreshing citric tang that pulls all the sweeter aromas flavors together, and carries into the long finish that has just a subtle burn. "
