Tequila ReposadoDistilled from 100% blue Weber agave, it is aged from 2 months up to a year in barrels no larger than 20,000 L. Any type of wood is acceptable, although ex-bourbon barrels are most common. Reposado translates to "rested".

Tasting Notes
"Dried herbs and alfalfa appear initially, followed by green agave and a suggestion of agave nectar sweetness. On the tongue, the nectar slightly blunts the base spirit's peppery agave qualities and adds to them orange peel and a dusting of apple pie spice. It's at once an odd and oddly compelling effort."
