Tasting Notes
"The aroma is full of cereal grains and strong citrus peel. The taste is where the coriander comes out with the gin having fairly equal spice and earthy tones. The finish is dry and crisp with a flavor of angelica root and a moderate juniper flavor. The star of the show, however, is the citrus, particularly sweet orange peel. That aside, there are few surprises to be had so feel free to use in a variety of gin cocktails like a gin and tonic or Collins."
