They use an organically produced produced wheat spirit for the base and eight botanicals. In addition to sweet gale which is foraged from the family bog, the other botanicals are juniper, coriander, lemon peel, licorice root, angelica, orris, grains of paradise.

Distilled GinThis style of gin takes a neutral spirit and then adds juniper berries and other natural flavorings before it is re-distilled. After distillation, additional flavors (artificial or natural) and sweeteners may be added.

"Pine tree meets spicy lemon twist! Vibrant citrus zest and undeniable juniper are upfront and personal on the nose. Sipped neat - it's a classic gin but bolder!
