Boatyard Double Gin is produced at The Boatyard Distillery, located on the banks of Lough Erne in County Fermanagh, Northern Ireland. Made from organically produced wheat spirit, the gin is macerated for 18 hours with eight botanicals including juniper, coriander, citrus, grains of paradise, angelica, orris, licorice, and sweet gale harvested from the founder’s family farm.
The “Double” in its name refers to the distillery’s double-contact method, placing organic juniper at both the beginning and end of distillation to emphasize a classic juniper-forward profile. .

Distilled GinThis style of gin takes a neutral spirit and then adds juniper berries and other natural flavorings before it is re-distilled. After distillation, additional flavors (artificial or natural) and sweeteners may be added.
