Booker's Bourbon Batch 2021-03 "Bardstown Batch"

A burst of sweetness is the first thing that hits you with some stone fruit coming in followed by a warm heat that grows in spice. A bit of water really opens up the sweetness and reduces the heat.

This taste like glorified Old Tub. The peanut flavor is very strong. Slight vanilla notes to go along with it.

Fruity (get a lot of delicious cherry). Very smooth for the proof. Unique pour with a nice lingering finish. Would definitely recommend!
