Booker's Bourbon Batch 2021-03 "Bardstown Batch"

Loads of fruit!! Strawberries, blackberries, and honey crisp apples are on the front/mid-palate! Tobacco and peanuts (with the shell on) are present on the finish with a touch of an astringent burn! I personally enjoy the Booker’s line.

Spicy as usual, not much flavor profile

Classic Booker’s. Spicy cinnamon. Kind of a funky after taste though. As a Booker’s fan, not one of my favorites, but still solid.

Solid red apple on the palate, a little vanilla, some baking spice, and very nice, subtle, tingly finish in the back of the throat. Great flavor for an almost 6.5 yr. 🥃

Surprising light on the nose and no burn. Rich and thick on the palette with hints of cinnamon and apple. Pleasant sipping for a high proof bourbon.

Sweet with nutty finish. Pretty hot for a junior bourbon connoisseur

Cherry limeade on the nose. Doesn’t smell high proof. Red hot candy on the tongue, all over mouth-feel
