Booker's Bourbon

My god this is hot...

Because of its strong alcohol level, it does have a significant bite. I like it along the lines of a Knob Creek. While the initial essence was of leather, caramel, apples and spices, I could only detect def. Apple and maybe caramel. They say that this bourbon is not for the weak...they are correct.

Cereal and vanilla nose. Caramel, and woody with some apple pie.

Raw peppery and slightly sweet.
