Tasting Notes
"The aroma of this jenever is pretty faint with cereal. As you taste, it is slightly sweet on entry with the malty flavor not coming through until the finish. That taste is slight as well. Bitter juniper flavor shows up at the end which despite the roundness of the jenever finishes clean and dry. Serve chilled, neat or even try in a very dry Martini. Vodka drinkers, this could be the bridge to take you to gin town."
