Reviewed January 27, 2023 (edited January 31, 2023)This bourbon isn’t bad. But it’s not great either. It’s got a grainy note and quite unrefined. Definitely drinkable, but one I’m not reaching for too often. Which is sad because it’s my cousin’s bourbon and you don’t want to diss it gotta be honest.45.0 USD per Bottle -

Reviewed July 31, 2020This is a very disappointing bourbon. The label states that a young bourbon is cut to 90 proof, and placed back in barrels to continue aging. The idea that it would pick up more flaver from essentially doubling its exposure to fresh barrels was exciting. The aroma is smoky, much like a campfire and tingles the nose unpleasantly. Drinking the bourbon is not any better. The start is very bitter, and a burnt taste lingers on the tongue. The bitterness fades and is replaced with a hint of caramel as you continue to drink it. This is probably best used as a mixer, certainly not worth the $30 I paid for the idea of it.30.0 USD per Bottle
