Bowman Brothers Small Batch Bourbon

Pale straw. Really sticks to the glass. Nose is woody (cedar?) and herbal (rosemary and eucalyptus) some barn must and spice from the rye. A hint of vanilla. Soft, full mouth feel followed immediately by some heat and spice, then gives way to a sweetness that mingles with the spice. Cornflakes, coconut, and vanilla frosting on the way out yielding to warming spices, cedar and eucalyptus. This is better than the last couple bottles I've had, which were now a few years back. A solid $30 bottle.

Sweet smooth.

Spice. Caramel. Nice heat on the finish.
