Bowman Brothers Small Batch Bourbon

Nosing dark cherry, corn and ethanol, slight oak. Red fruit. Menthol. Palate butterscotch, red fruits. Salted caramel. Finish Oak, tongue depressors

Vanilla throughout. Other than the vanilla, a little bit of fruit and oak in the nose. Taste is smooth and sweet. Finish is light but a bit longer than I would have expected.

A little Spicy but not overbearing. Good for easy sipping

One of the smoothest 90 proof bottles I’ve had. Lighter than most in color & nose. Palette is short, sweet, underwhelming in a good way. Same for the finish. Great beginner bourbon.

Sweet from start to finish. Smooth enough to really enjoy drinking neat with a decent vanilla finish. The secret buffalo trace hybrid.
